Your store by default will add the email address you registered under as a notification contact. All email addresses listed under the store email & notificaiton settings will receive notificaitons for events such as new order notifications, product review notifications, etc.
You can set up an email notifcation or a SMS notification using several supported carriers.
How to add a new notification contact.
From the store email & notification settings page, click on "Add Subscription". Choose your notification type and enter the details. Click the save button to save the new subscription.
