Filter & Search in Orders

When viewing your orders, the default view is all open orders.
You are able to apply filters to your orders to view various orders using specific criteria.
1. Select the Filter Orders button
2. Select Add New Filter
3. Select the criteria you would like to search for within your orders and click the Add Filter button

Once the filter is applied, you are viewing only unpaid orders

You are able to add multiple filters by repeating the add filter steps above. In this example we're viewing all orders that are unpaid & unshipped

You are able to remove filters by clicking the X to the right of the filter


You are also able to Save Filter Set. This avoids having to set up the filters that you use most often.
1) Set up your filters
2) Click Save Filter Set
3) Select New Filter Set
4) Type a Filter Name
5) Click Save Filter Set


The next time you'd like to use that specific criteria for filtering orders, click Filter Orders > Apply Saved Filter Set

Select the Saved Filter Set and click Apply Selected

Instead of saving a new filter set, you can also save as an Existing Filter Set.
1) Set your filter criteria
2) Select Save Filter Set
3) Choose Existing Filter Set
4) Select the Existing Filter Set
5) Click Save Filter Set

You're also able to search by order number and the results will appear below the search field with links to the orders. You can also search by customer name.
