Effective October 1, 2012, the Two Page Checkout form will be retired and all accounts will be moved to the One Page Checkout form. The One Page Checkout form was designed to allow for future features and customization. We feel this will benefit all of our customers by providing a more powerful yet simpler way for buyers to make their purchases. Buyers will love the simplicity and powerful features the One Page Checkout form provides. By reducing the number of steps and clicks, pre-filling information from the zip/postal code and displaying all order information on one page, buyers will be able to complete their purchase quickly and easily. Some independent studies have indicated that a one page checkout reduces abandonment by up to 22%.
The One Page Checkout form is customizable too. It supports custom CSS (http://support.highwire.com/entries/21906637-one-page-checkout-now-supports-custom-css) and offline payment methods. Customizable CSS allows to design your checkout page to have a similar look and feel as your web site and store. Customizable offline payment methods allow you to offer additional payment methods to your customers.

We have added an 'I agree' checkout box option to the one page checkout form. When using the one page checkout form you can require your customers to check a box that they agree to your Terms and Refund Policy. This feature is located at the bottom of the page in Settings>Payment Settings. The links to the Terms of Service and Refund Policy will open in a new pop up window so that they customer does not leave the checkout process.
When this feature is activated, a Terms of Service is required but a Return Policy is not.
