You may have received an alert which asks you to update your billing details. We have moved our credit card billing system to a more robust and secure platform. Since we do not maintain your credit card records internally, this will need to be re-entered to switch to the new platform.
What are the benefits of the new billing system?
With our new billing system, you will receive email notifications that include detailed invoicing every time a payment is made or failed. You will also receive email notifications when your credit card is about to expire or you have changed plans.
Will I have to change my current plan?
Nope! If you are on a older (legacy) billing plan which we currently do not offer, just update your billing details with out selecting a new plan.
Will you still offer PayPal for a payment method?
PayPal payments will no longer be accepted. All payments must be made via Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
