We've added a couple of new features recently.

One feature is the ability to edit the address, email and phone number information in Orders.  This can be helpful if the buyer enters incorrect information or asks you to make a change (such as ship to a different address).

To edit the details, click on the pencil icon to the right of the Billing Address or Shipping Address.

The other feature is the Condition Description text box on the product eBay Settings tab.  This field is available for non-new Item Conditions and is used to provide additional details of the item's condition.  The field is limited to 1,000 characters and does not allow HTML.
