I just wanted to say I am really grateful to Tomas for fixing my store after the update. I don't have a clue when it comes to HTML and when the update happened and my store changed back to one of the "Generic" themes, I panicked!

Tomas came to the rescue! He did put my store back to the way it was and went even further to get it to match my main website! Now that's good customer service! I've had my store and paid the bill every month for a couple years now. I know it's crazy but I am just now getting around to stocking it and finishing both websites. I had started stocking it last year and due to my work at another job, I had to put everything on hold. I had listed 39 items and was really surprised with the amount of orders I've had without even advertising or promoting it in any way! When I get it fully stocked, it should do pretty well if my supplier delivers like they are supposed to.

I almost left when they changed to Highwire but I am glad I stuck around. The site shows up on the searches and has traffic without me doing anything. I believe it is a good place to have a store. Now that they have said they will take care of the legacy members with the pricing, I am really glad I stayed. The features they offer are the reason I came here in the first place. You get a good value for the price.

I'm happy with my store and I appreciate everything Tomas did! Thanks to the Highwire staff also for the times I've used the chat feature. Thanks to all the other store owners for the tips.
