Want to offer surveys to your customers?

As you may have noticed in the admin and other parts of the sites, we have been doing a little surveys that will pop-up asking for feedback on certain subjects. I wanted to share this with everybody because we found the information invaluable and the system works great. We've received several questions like "how can we get that on our store?".

We're using a 3rd party called KISSinisights. They offer a free version with some standard surveys. If you want to customize your surveys and remove the branding, they also offer a paid version. It's a great service and I highly recommend it to gather insights to your existing and potential customers:

Thanks for the info. I think I will make a survey asking "Why haven't you ordered yet?" haha....just kidding.

Will check into it though, it's pretty neat.

I use Jotform's feedback button. But maybe this one would work better.

Just signed up, installed the code and selected my first survey. Very friendly to use!

Hope to obtain valuable information from my store's visitors.

Thanks for the info Tomas!!
