Quick way to see if customer wants to receive 'email marketing'

It would be great to have some way of quickly telling which customers have selected the 'yes, i want to receive email updates'.
At the moment I am having to manually login as each customer to see if they have selected the field. It is very time consuming and frustrating.
Just a feature where you can browse customers and see whether they have agreed to receiving email updates.

I agree! I did not even know there was a opt-in/out box in the customer accounts. I only recently saw that I could log into their accounts as them and see who has chosen NOT to receive updates. This should at least show in their customer account without having us log in to see it. Thanks!!
