Rejection from Ebay's Violation Policies

I keep getting my ebay ad's blocked from ebay when trying to launch them through Highwire with error "Your ad was rejected because it's in violation of ebay's policies". Anyone else have this problem?

There's no doubt that eBay's restricting your account in some way. You are a new eBay seller attempting to list high end designer handbags. That's a big red flag for eBay. Try and list your item directly through eBay to see what happens.
