Customers are getting an "email address invalid" error when trying to place an order. The highwire system will not let them get past that page.
This is pretty serious. Please try to place an order on your system and see if you get the same error we are getting.

I placed a test order and not receiving this error. Obviously we'll generate this error if the email is invalid.

customers are telling me the same thing. they can't place orders.
It looks like this cleared our account late yesterday afternoon. I was just curious how the highwire system would know that an address such as mary2345467@gmail.com would be invalid?

We don't know if the account actually exists or not. We'll just screen to see if it's a proper format.
A customer can't enter "me@domain" but they can enter "me@domain.com"
