I just upgraded my store with one of the pay designs. I have tried using my store banner(on top in the black bar) and it will not fit properly. I tried re sizing it several times and no matter how small I make the banner/logo it still does not look right. Is there anything on the HTML end that can make this work? My store is

Lastly, do I have the ability to change colors, font, etc on this design?

It looks like you changed back to a free design. All templates can be fully customized using CSS and some HTML modifications. If you are having problems with your paid design, please contact the designer for any support or technical related issues.
Thomas. I used the design for a few days then decided to go back to my old design. Is there any way I can get reimbursed for the design I purchased. Thanks so much
