There has always been a fairly significant time lag between when your store will update with the sold information.
I took a look at one of my items that sold days ago and compared it to a sale from today. The item from days ago shows sold in the browsing thumbnail, and the "add to cart" button is gone when you click thru to the item... replaced by the word "sold". The item from today doesn't show sold with the thumbnail yet... and the "add to cart" button is still there (altho if you click on it you can't purchase the item since it's showing as not available). So it seems to be working OK... at least in my store.... albeit with the typical latency...
Also, it has always taken quite some time before a sold item that you relist will propagate thru the system. I've noticed that if I take something from a quantity of zero to a quantity of one... that if I click thru to the item in my store it will show "one available" but the "add to cart" button isn't there right away.
I can't say if the delays in product updates are longer than usual or not... I've gotten to where I expect the delays and pretty much don't check on it much. I know they're working hard on the ebay integration... unknown if that might have any ripple effect or not...

I won't disagree with you... But it's been this way since like forever. I finally just stopped fretting about it.

I've never had such a long delay as I have now. Some are going on 3 days since sold with no "sold" sign. I have an open ticket. Tomas fixed it once, but the issue is on going.

Well... I'm going to slide in on this one again. I've grown accustomed to a delay in the "sold" indicator showing along with the "add to cart" button on the item page (I realize the button doesn't work, but it shouldn't be there if the item is showing as out of stock... it's just an irritant for a hopeful shopper). The delay is usually up to perhaps 1/2 hour... maybe a little longer. I'm almost embarassed to say I stopped paying attention to it because the delay did nothing but aggravate me,
BUT.... since this is the 2nd time in a week or so this has come up in the forum I just went and checked some of my sold orders. Jeeees... I'm all the way back to Tuesday of LAST week, and so far I haven't found a single one that says "SOLD" or that has had the "add to cart" button removed.
I suppose it's time for me to submit a ticket also. With all the activity to integrate eBay, you wonder if this issue is some sort of backlash??? I would sure hope that introducing something new doesn't become a constant concern that existing features stop working....
**sigh**

Just a quick update... I haven't had a response to my ticket, but it looks like this issue has been resolved. My sold items are now correctly reflecting "SOLD"... and the "add to cart" button is gone with the price replaced with "SOLD" on the item details page. Thank you to the Highwire Busy-Bees!!

Had auction items sell HW/thru eBay. End Time did not sync. Meanwhile, ebay buyer went to HW/my website and bought stuff she bid on against other people on ebay. So items were oversold since time did not sync and close items on HW. This is not a problem any of us need. For a while I am going to take my website name off my About Me page on ebay so customers will not jump back and forth. Normally we want customers to go to both place, but until we get thru BETA might continue to have a problem. Yes, weird, but true. Yes, tickets closed and problem not resolved. 3rd ticket did the trick and they ended what sold.
