How do I go about testing my shopping cart to make sure things are working correctly? Every now and then I have someone who will tell me they can't complete their order and I would like to be able to test it.
Also, is there a way to see what buyers have siting in the shopping carts?

I've had the same problem off and on. It appears to be intermittent so support has not been able to reproduce the problem but said they'd continue to monitor it.

I should clarify: I realize we can test the checkout by purchasing something, but I really don't want that in my sales records, and I would rather not have to process a refund, as that creates more records too. :)
