How long is the average wait time for your tickets to be worked on? I submitted a ticket re: some big (to me) issues (paypal, lost orders, charges not correct) 10 days ago and I haven't even gotten a "we're looking into this for you" response. I was leary to post this here, as I understand that times get busy.... but even a simple we're working on it would be nice.....
Is this something that you've had happen? Is this normal and I just need to be more patient? In my business, I try to reply to my customers ASAP, as customer service is way up on my list.

In my experience they respond very quickly.
When you click on "Check Existing Requests" at the top of this page what does it show? Is your request still open, closed or not there at all?
It's still open, and I did finally receive a response. My problem is leaving them baffled and they can't replicate it...
