If you've just checked with Live Chat I would suggest submitting a support ticket. The page text should update regardless of your template (unless maybe it's a custom template?)

I'm using their pre-designed template Mekanik. I was looking at the templates, and their demo doesn't have home screen text either. I assumed that's how its designed.

Since that template was designed by Highwire, they should help you with it. I would think that everything on the back-end should work with all templates. But that is just my opinion.

I thought the same thing, since they made it tech support should help. I was told to visit http://bisidesigns.com or http://designmycart.com. I haven't been there, but I thought since my page was designed by highwire they should have been the ones to help me.

As a side note, I emailed designmycart requesting a custom page a few days ago, and I have yet to hear back.
