Anyone having trouble entering tracking information?

We are getting a server error when we attempt to enter tracking information into highwire.  Here is the error:

Server Error in '/' Application.

Yes, I have the same problem. Just finished 3 orders. I reloaded the page each time, and it would show updated then.

Do you all manually input your tracking numbers? I've seen this feature, but when processing a lot of orders, I would find it extremely time consuming to input each one individually.... so I haven't been~ but if there is an easy way to do it, I'd love to learn!

What I do is copy and paste my tracking numbers from when I print the labels. I use Pay Pal and print and pay for the labels through the Pay Pal site. I don't have a lot of orders daily, but keeping up with the tracking numbers on each order is very important to me.

The problem is back again, i cannot use the product link to open product in order to restock... please rectify!
