Either you or the designer should be able to sign in to your account at Jotform and edit your form.

This is from their FAQ:

How can I change recipient e-mail address for my form?

To change recipient email address on a form, open your form on the Form Builder and then:
1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
2. Click on "Email Alerts",
3. Select "Notification",
4. Click on "Reply-to and Recipient Settings",
5. Change "Recipient E-mail" on the lower right side.

I dont have access to the account nor did i realize that there was an account.  I guess that means I wont be able to change the email address.  Do you have any suggestions? i.e..delete the page and add a different way to contact me? (which I wouldnt know how to do)

Toni,

Just a suggestion, why not go to jotform, then click the 'sign in to your account' in the left sidebar, use toninz as the username and click forgot password to see if there is an account already established for you...

Have you tried to contact Jotform? Maybe they'd be able to find your account.

Otherwise, if it were me, I would set up a new account at jotform and create a new form, delete the old jotform info on your contact page, then replace it with the new form info.

If you're not comfortable doing that, you could contact Teri & Jeri at Design My Cart to help: http://designmycart.com

My suggestion is to set up the jotform thing YOURSELF and copy the code into your contact page YOURSELF.   It is super super easy to do.

IMO, people need to have some knowledge and ability with this stuff... otherwise, they will always end up in the exact situation that you are in.... and yours is really not all that big of a deal at all.... Ive seen people where the graphics that create their website (the lines around the sides, the "add to cart" button, etc) are all hosted in someone else's account.... that person goes MIA, and BOOM --- huge nightmare.

Doesnt have to be prison... person just stops using the email and phone numbe they had been and you just CANNOT FIND THEM.    (after they have a baby or move to timbucktoo or whatever).   Prison is unusual, but LOTS and LOTS of people have more typical life changes and end up abondoning their old little gig.
