 I was having similiar trouble but discovered if you click FETCH IMAGE button then immediately click UPLOAD IMAGES the button will suddenly work!

Yes, I'm having the same problem. I cannot click on the "Upload" button. It's as if the link is no longer there. (cursor doesn't turn into a hand)

This started on Thursday Night while I was doing some editing of the photos, I emailed support over 12 hours ago. They said they are working on it. It's still not working with IE.

I'm pretty sure is the updated Firefox. I chatted with support and she duplicated the error with Firefox, although it's working in Chrome and IE. I also tried on my son's laptop with the same version of Firefox and had the same problem. I'm in the process of downloading/installing Chrome.

Forgot to add: Sheryl with support is reporting the problem, so hopefully they will fix it soon.

I'm trying Chrome now, but still can't upload photos. The web link for photos will work, but not the upload button.

Sheryl, Unfortunately this issue is still happening. I have always used IE and the photos still WILL NOT UPLOAD. Can you please fix this. Thanks!

I am having the same problem, can't upload photos.  Never had a problem until today... Sounds like the same issue as bellasbargains and sterlingkeeper.  Please let me know what to do.  THANKS!!

Is there going to be a Resolution to this problem? This has gone on for too long now. I haven't been able to upload Photos since Thursday Night. HIGHWIRE, PLEASE FIX THIS!!

The import file button is not working on my site ,

downtime on this site is becoming a real problem everyday its something new , it's getting old 

I don't know if anyone is listening but it appears that  Highwire has shut down the forums  as I can not find a place to post a new thread  also support is not answering e-mails and has not in the past few hours. If anyone knows whats going on please post to this thread;

I'm having no problems - can post a new thread and comment on this thread. For me, the photo posting problem was fixed yesterday.

Thank you must just be me but still have not heard from support and they have not fixed the problem.  I will move on to something else this is just a waste  of my time , But once again Thanks,

The Upload Images Button is not doing one thing for me. IT IS NOT WORKING. I only use IE and its not working. I got a message from HW and they said its still DOWN. I am hoping after two days of this mess that it will be fixed like today. As of right this moment it is NOT WORKING IN IE.

Wow!!!! im having the same problem. i cannot import csv files. this is crazy. Ive been trying all day i thought it was me.PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

I have two tickets into support no answer. This is not the way to keep paying customers This is a joke  like I said everyday a new problem.  

Tomas is usually pretty quick on getting these issues fixed, not sure whats happening this week with him. Maybe they are having a hard time finding that resolution to this Photo Upload problem.

What I want to know is why did this start all of a sudden with the Photos? Most of the time it works fine, but I noticed this problem Thursday Evening. And its been that way since.

Does Support work on the weekends? I sure hope so.

Support always did work weekends in the past. I do not have a problem with uploading photos, my problem is with the file upload feature. So it appears that there are two issues here. I would if possible make a current back up you your site as support is not answering at all. This could mean a real problem as the last time this happened to me the site went out of business days later, true story!!  Most likely not the case here but better safe than sorry.  This is getting to be to much.  

Just heard from Paul at support wanted to see the file . If you are having a problem uploading CVS files or pictures send in another ticket now. 

I just checked again and the upload a file button still does not work . I use Chrome and I send a copy of the fine I was trying to upload to Paul . This is a upload from ink frog so the file is fine . 

Ok great, it seems to be working now with IE...Glad it was taken care of :) I am referring to the Uploading Photo Images button. Just tried it and the picture was uploaded!

Did an upload this morning and it went through seems to be working again.

I had this problem a while back when using Explorer.  I switched to Firefox and the problem didn't happen again.  Also bulk edit goes much faster in Firefox than explorer for some reason.
