Complete Store Backups - which files, etc?

I would like to do a complete backup of my store. What should I backup?

Hi Jodie

 

Under catalog > import/export, export a csv file of your product information.

Then, under appearance > template editor, you can export your template files.

I export whatever is available. Sheryl mentioned exporting products and template files but I also export customers and orders.
