That is done by editing the template and CSS files.

Those changes are not that difficult and you can learn how to do it yourself which takes time, or pay a website designer to do it which takes money.

There are a couple of designers on here that could do it for you.  Ask them to give you an estimate.

There are no tutorials on how to change the Highwire theme but if you search Google for CSS tutorials I'm sure you will find some video tutorials.

You can learn CSS but it takes a lot of time.  I don't know how many hours I have spent trying to get something to look right in Internet Explorer only to find out it looks like crap in Firefox.

My advice would be to not worry about what the site looks like at this point in time  Work on SEO to get more visitors and sales.  Having a great looking site will not do you any good if nobody knows you exist.  Then once you are making money you can afford to hire soneone to work on the design.
