There are some users of ProPay who could greatly benefit from increased transaction limits. A recent email from ProPay indicates that one of the requirements for obtaining approval of higher limits is the processing history with ProPay. Currently Highwire fulfills the zip code verification requirement... However, that is only half of what is specified as needed by ProPay. Please add the address as well, per the following statement by ProPay:
ProPay statement:
The first thing that will help you qualify for a limit increase is good processing history with ProPay. One way to build great history is to enter in as much of your customer’s address information as possible and receive “Y” and “Z” AVS (Address Verification System) codes. A “Y” code means the entire address was correctly entered, and a “Z” code means the zip code was correctly entered. If you’re already doing this, you’re on your way to qualifying for a temporary or permanent transaction increase. Building up a good AVS history makes it easier to get increases in the future.
We have the "Z" AVS code... Please incorporate the "Y" code details as well (address). I've spoken to ProPay, and they have indicated that this is something that needs to be initiated by Highwire.
Thanks

Absolutely agree - from the other side (and across the room) at Stone Hill. The current processing limits are a bit of a bugga-bear for me. If a "Y" code verification would help ease the ways a bit then by all means, implement it like yesterday.
