1. Actions Menu
Assign Orders - The Assign Orders button will allow you to assign a list of orders not associated with a customer record. This is useful if a customer placed an order in the past with out registering an account. Enter order IDs separated by commas to associate with the customer record.
Delete Customer - Delete the customer record. This will only delete the customer record, not associated orders.
Login As Customer - Login to your store as the customer. This is useful for placing phone orders on behalf of your customer.
2. Customer Details
Vital details about your customer and their order history.
3. Complete Order History
Complete order history displaying Order ID, Date / Time, and order amount.
4. Shipping/Billing Address
Provides the current shipping and billing address saved for the customer record.
