Thank you all so much for all that you do to make our stores better and thank you for your patience with us all.    Sometimes, I think its easy to forget that behind these sheets of internet sticky notes and paper are real people who have problems just like we all do.  I think that sometimes we all need to slow down and just appreciate what we have. 

I have always felt that you, the people behind HW have been at my beck and call, and sometimes I've just wondered how you do all you do and how you do it so well time after time after time.    It has to take a lot of people with a lot of smarts and training and computer savy to do what you have accomplished here.  I am in awe of you all!

I have often wished that there were a gallery of employees that we could look at so we could get to know the people behind the internet postys.  A short bio or introduction or just something with you and your kids or spouses or partners or your pets would perhaps add just a bit more humanity to all of this.  Perhaps seeing the real people behind HW would soften some of the tone of the ner do wells, or perhaps not, but in any case, it would be a great addition to HW.  But if you can't do it or don't think its such a great idea, I understand that too!

Again thank you for all that you do, I just want you to know that I and many many many others really appreciate it!
